Shelby's Bday party, etc..
This weekend was a fun but omg...I am sooo tired. Friday we went for her 2 year check up. She is in perfect health and developmentally some what advanced..YAY!
She showed us that she is officially...tantrums and all. So our family trip to Kemah was VERY short.
Saturday was the party. We had a great time and many princesses and a ninja turtle showed up. It was wonderful. Thanks guys for making her party great!!! Cinderella (Roxy) showed up and Miss. Shelby was mesmerized by hear beauty and charm. In fact Shelby had many offerings for the Cinderella including hugs, baby dolls and food. It was very very cute. Amber and Alyssa came to the party and it was great to finally meet them in person as I have been her friend on ole LJ for over two years now. :)
In the end my daughter was sent home so we could clean up and have a beer with a few friends. Thanks guys I really enjoyed that. Then Roxy and Jim came by our place and just hung out. it was great to interact with adults, we don't get that as often as we would like.
Today we cleaned and sorted through the massive presents the kiddo received and organized her room....what a mess. I think she more stuff than James and I put together do. WOW!!
Now that she is down I think we are just gonna kick back in the clean casa and watch a movie.
Let hope this next week is full of positive things. Work needs to be that way or I may crack.
