Other notes: I had this completed last Sunday (and it had taken so long because of a combo of other writing obligations and RL reminding me it exists), and sent it off to beta, but unfortunately my beta had a bad case of RL until she got it to me late Thursday (after I went to bed) and I had a case of RL yesterday, so...finally, here we go. *fingers crossed*
