weight still 181
not sleeping well
working funky hours, and frustrated with work
did go dancing Thursday at The Church
did go dancing Friday at Panoptikon
did worry a lot about Sprig and his bride in Hawaii, but the big wave never happened.
I actually started this post yesterday (2/28) n the screen went blank.
so now 3/1/10
About a week ago... had a choughing fit in the shower and strained a muscle in the upper right chest area.
yesterday after work, it really started hurting again, or could be a pinched nerve, left shoulder and upper chest have hurt all night long.
this morning still at 182 on the scale, so I am trying to think of which doctor to call... the diabetes doc who assigned me to meredia (started feb 10, and no real loss yet), or the regular doc to see if other screenings are necessary to figure out what the heck is wrong.
Heck, if I am considering actually going to the doc, I must be unhappy.
