I am back from Florida, and I just wanted to thank everyony for their kind words and thoughts and all the support.
Last week was a really hard week. Packing on Sunday. Driving on Monday and Tuesday. Florida on Wednesday. Memorial on Thursday(at which they made me sing). Driving again on Friday and Saturday. Back to normal life again on Sunday with Ren Rehearsal.
I'm exhausted. The stress is wearing on me. My ulcers are starting to act up again, and I'm having migraines regularly again. I just want to go home and go to sleep.
My dryer broke yesterday, but luckily John is fixing it today.
Another good thing, John's company paid him for his whole week being off with bereavement. And My Job covered my whole week as well. That's nice. We both thought we were going to be screwed financially.
John's dad came in to town yesterday. I got to meet him for the first time. 4 1/2 years and I had never met John's Dad. I had talked to him on the phone though. He's nice. He's like an older version of John. They've got some of the same mannerisms and John's really got his dad's eyes. I think his dad forgot about the age difference though, cause he seemed really surprised when he met me.
Babes rehearsal last night. Went well. Looking forward to opening. I need to go buy props this week.
Ren rehearsal tonight. Costuming tomorrow (that's still on, right Hez?), Thursday I might just relax. I think I need to unwind a bit.
Ok. That's enough of my disjointed thoughts. I'm going to go let my head fall off now.
