Something true: I can't die.
I've been blown up, stabbed, hit by three cars, poisoned multiple times, fallen off of a cliff, electrocuted, drowned, rolled my minivan down the side of a mountain, caught several nearly lethal diseases, mugged twice, and narrowly avoided being struck by lightning. Not all at once, mind you, but in 27 years that's a lot of death. I don't try for it, and I certainly don't invite it, but death seems to pass me over whenever it comes near. I've also never broken any bones and only needed stitches twice--once when I had my gall bladder out and once when I sliced the tip of my thumb off. I may or may not have a deadly allergy to crabmeat, too, according to some ER doctor. I don't plan on testing that one out.
