Who Reads This?
Sometimes I am quite glad no one reads this.
The company is sending me to Shanghai!
And they might be giving me a really good full time gig! I'm very thankful for what God has blessed me with. Which is why I'm not being greedy. I stated a pretty modest sum for my expected salary. And I won't ask for more. I'm not one to feel entitled. Which is why I was a little miffed when my mom asked why I hadn't asked for more. This isn't about money. And I feel so irked that it's the only thing she's conditioned to think about.
But I won't dwell on that. Neither will I talk about my father who hasn't learnt his ways despite all that I have done for him.
I'm very conflicted as a Christian but I do think he needs to learn his lessons because I refuse to fall prey to his wrongdoings.
I guess the good and bad news cancel each other out.
And that leaves me a bit perplexed about life once again.
