Shaving on the weekend should be a crime
Didn't really get to have a weekend this week. The last two days I have been covering the return of the XVIII Airborne Corps from Iraq. Yesterday was a large group of about 200 soldiers and today the command group and corps colors came in. It's really not a bad job to do on the weekend, but who enjoys working when they aren't supposed to. Plus, I have to have the story complete by 1:00 tomorrow. That means I'll be working here at the office for another few hours. Yay!
At least I'll be back home next Friday. Always good to sleep in my own bed and hang out with people I don't get to see very often nowadays. I'll be back for ten days, so that's plenty of time to see quite a few people. Let me know what you are up to and maybe we can figure something out.
I really want to get started on The Scream tattoo on my side, but I don't really know of a good place to go. I want it to look really good, almost exactly like the painting, so if anyone knows a good artist, please tell me about it.
Anyways, I have more B-ROLL to digitize. Hope everyone is doing well. Adios.
