yeeeeeees chris pusey once agian medaled in 2 events at the van dyke invatational in the 400 relay along with jahiha emanuaul ellis and matt myers. i also medaled in the 800 relay along wiht emanual ellis jahiha and james hemstreet we ran a 141 flat thats a personal best for that event i ran a 23.8 as my split im soo hapy with track this year. saturday night was fun did the play then hit us josh alexandrus house for the cast party stayed there unitll 430 in the morning then went drivin aorund with joe ken jacob and torri wow was that fun. ne ways life sucks adn the only thing worse then dying is all this pain and suffering that i have to experince but im doin pretty wel hindin it yeah id say so ne ways thats pretty much it for now
