I got my roommate this chewy Japanese candy (well, it wasn't originally for him, but I thought it would be a nice gift because I hadn't opened it yet) and he, his girlfriend and myself were all eating from it and one of the flavors is the most awesome flavors I have ever tasted in a candy. It tastes exactly what you would expect a fruity scented ( Read more... )

Dammit, those guys get everything... first talking toilets and NOW the worlds entire supply of yummyfruit.

First, this makes me sad. Why? I only have two bags of German gummis that I am afraid to open because I love them so and these "Yummyfruit" candies sound so delicious. Damn Japanese.

...damn, did I drift on this one or what?
No. Japanese. Yummy fruit. Japanese innovations. Animatrix - Japanese style animation that was actually pretty effing cool.

Fin!

I've never had someone map out my train of thought like that...
The other wrappers have pictures of the fruit they taste like on them, but the yummyfruit just has a picture of cherry blossoms. You'd think that if it were cherry flavor they'd just put a cherry on it. Maybe it's cherry blossom flavor... it does taste kinda woody and earthy. I eat a lot of different Japanese candy and I like it a lot, but I can't tell if I like it because it's genuinely delicious or if it's just different than what I'm used to. I'd imagine that if you lived on a diet of water, salted meat, rum, and hardtack for a few months that even bakers chocolate would taste good just because it's different.

And I, too have a bag of german gummis back home(Goldbaren or something like that). They used to be gummi bears, but they were left in the trunk of a car so now it's like a gummi brick. I'd eat it, but it's like six years old now. And the Animatrix rocks my socks, it's WAY better than the last actual Matrix movie.

My thoughts seem random at times but I can usually track them like that. It makes sense, once I did that I realized that I did have a train of thought, contrary to what I thought when I was about 14 (I wrote in my diary that my train had derailed itself).

Mmm....bakers chocolate. I'll eat anything. I've eaten melted and modly gummis, I have a slight addiction. While I was on study abroad I'd eat bags of gummis a day - the Haribo (goldbaren) are the best, so I'm glad that brick of yours is the best kind of melty gummy brick.

Anything is better than the last actual Matrix movie. Have you heard all the scandal involved with the Matrix triology and rights about writers and stuff? It makes me sad...but then again, I only liked the first one....

Well, when you start melting gummis and injecting the gummy sauce directly into your bloodstream, I'd say your level of addiction escalates slightly and at which time I recommend professional help, but as of now I think you're doing okay ( ... )
