Well we went and checked out that lot today.Man oh man.There's some work that's got to be done there for sure.It's all grown up and the whole thing needs to be cleared.I would start now but i want to make sure that we get financing and can buy it.Once that's done I'll start clearing out a space right away.I don't want to start clearing the lot and then find out that i can't get it.Then I would just be doing free work for someone else.That would really suck.If we do get the lot, clearing it out may not be so bad.The days are getting cooler and i can go over there and work on afternoons and weekends.I will try to negotiate the price down a little.So....now on the on.
