Heard a brief segment on the radio this morning on the passing of Tony Curtis. One brief quote in an audio clip caught my attention as it sounded so genuine, all the more startling given the puerile, whining political name-calling and finger-pointing - bordering on hate-speech - of recent years:

"Service to others is the rent we pay for our time on this planet."

Thanks Tony, I needed that.
