if you do ride your bike, take it slow.

no drinking.
mono swells your liver.
you do not want to wind up with cirrhosis or anything nasty like that.

get some chloroseptic spray for your throat. it works great.

yess maam! yea i know the drinking would be a bad idea, more chances to fall over and rupture the spleen

thats awesome.
i've been going through a withdrawl lately.

i'm in a completely new city at the moment--
cameras in tow-- but they've sat bedside for the past 2 days.
not one picture in the past 2 days, when regularly I take at least 10 in one day.

it is an interesting feeling... usually I think in frames. and lately-- nada, zip, nothing.

loooking forward to your work sir.

and feel better.

yea i just have to force myself to shoot constantly and its not till about 2 days after i've shot something that i realize i had a moment...it sounds dumb but thats just the way it comes for me

the bike ride was awesome, i'd cleared my nasals and made me cough up blood that actually made me feel better...but now i can't work cause its snowing.
