.alissa cooked "chicken of the woods" mushrooms in her kitchen for me.
i miss portland already. i lived in a nest with alissa, zoe, jenna and dylan for a moment and that night will not be forgotten for a long time. i walked a beach, on what looked to be a chilly autumn haze but still felt the warmth of the sea air. i dressed as a train conductor for a dress up party and showed up to find out it was an 80z dress up party. i rode my bike in the night with smiles and hazey street lights. i watched lolita and almost cried from seeing myself as a bad character in a movie. i felt very whole. i gave several hugs. i loved and was loved. i miss portland.
