Simply chillin’ at Casa Dillon

Who: Roscoe, anyone who feels like showing up
Where: His place under the bridge
When: A day after his dreams; current RP

It’s been several days now since Roscoe started roughing it, and it shows. He’s unshaven, his clothes dirtied, and a bit smelly. It doesn’t bother him, though. Life has been quiet and Stella is thriving, which is good enough for him. He does wonder if Axel really told the others he was leaving and if any of them care, but decides it doesn’t matter anyway.

Stretched out on his bed (a chaise lounge pad scavenged from somebody’s garbage -- hey, it looked clean), he’s proud to be making his own way again. Never mind that most of his friends/associates would be horrified by the conditions he’s living in; at least he’s not living off somebody’s pity anymore. Without money, this is really the only option he has…well, he could mind-control someone into giving him an apartment, and that has occurred to him, but he decided against it. He could mind-control Pat or Lisa into loving him, too, but also rejected that idea -- not only does he not want to hurt those he loves most, but seeing the damage Cailean did with the same power horrified him. Minor uses of his ability for things like petty theft or in a desperate situation are acceptable to him, but he’s certainly learned his lesson about controlling his associates. At least as long as he’s sane…

With each passing day, he looks less like Jason Anderson and more like Roscoe Dillon. The peace and quiet allows him to concentrate more fully, and now he looks like a hybrid between the two men; taller than Jason but shorter than Roscoe, less pudgy than Jason but not as trim and muscular as Roscoe, facial structure somewhere in between the two, and so forth. The progress pleases him greatly and increases his confidence, as he never really feels quite like himself when he’s in a different-looking body. And the somewhat irrational part of him hopes the two ladies he loves might become interested in him once he’s handsome again…
