Sorry I haven't updated my boring life onto this boring page *snicker* ^,^
So how has everyone been? I hear there's a supposed party on monday?
Anyway, my life has pretty much been on the fritz. I've literally been sitting around the house moping. Not entirely because Heather is gone but because I have nothing to do. Seriously, without work, without school, without music, without love I'm hopeless. I'm just waiting for A. For Heather to come home. B. For a job that I know I will do good at appear. C. For me to finally buy the flute I saw in Redlands. Once one of those things come back I know i'll be fine.
I'm dead excited about college, partly because of the entirely new atmosphere, and the music program ^.^, and another part being the time Heather and I will finally be able to start our "official" lives together. Meaning, sharing expenses, sharing problems, sharing house, but most importantly sharing life. I know many people don't "approve" of us living together though we're not married, but do you know what? They can just "suck it" cuz i don't give a care what they think lol :-p
After many trials and hardships we finally got our apartment squared way. Its in a place called campus courtyards across the street from the stadium. A nice gated complex with many renovations done to it, renovations meaning new things. For example, the yard work around the campus is beautiful, I can't say i've ever seen wild strawberries before, also I can't say i've ever seen a wild blue jay, robin, or dove fly around Bakersfield. The birds like fly this way towards Bakersfield >>> but when they reach the town they turn...what gives? lol Anyway, those types of birds and not pigeons inhabit the complex, theres a nice pool, spa, fitness room with working equipment, big plus:-D, but most importantly the apartment is beautiful. A nice two-bedroom, with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave , and fireplace included, and for a nice price of $780 a month.
Something else thats excellent news is that with the apartment and my new life, my family is giving me a car, the Nissan we've drove for a few years, furniture to furnish the apartment a bit, a love seat and a nice couch, but prolly the best part is the nice lump sum of $12,000 i'll be getting :-D Imagine my surprise when I figured out I was getting the money lol, all this along with a new flute, a keyboard and acceories? What more can someone ask for?
Are we going to be able to throw a nice go away party for everone? I picture pretty much the same people that attended Cassie's graduation party would come, plus a few that didn't show up that is. A party where we can finally issue our 2nd farewells, our good lucks, and maybe share our goals, hopes and dreas for the future, and maybe you'll never know, someday we may come back again, and have the same party, but for a reunion, some 10-25 yrs down the line. It'd be fun, it'd be us plus all the new rugrats running around everywhere lol. It'd be soooo cool seeing little versions of my friends running around everwhere making friends with their "cousins" lol.
Well I have some great news, if not for everyone for me, Heather will be in town monday-wednesday, and guess who gets all of tuesday with her^_^. yup yup, we have it alllll planned out. Going to be so much fun. We'll finally get to catch up on the last month we've been away from each other.
By the way, that concert thingy Ms. J is in is at the Beale Park on the 4th of July, anyone who's too mature for fireworks is welcome to join me:-D Maybe we'd go find some ice cream somewhere afterwards:-D Lets go support our fave band director:-D
Yup thats about it, oh one more thing, does no one like those "funny" comics that I put up here? I just thought I'd share a bit of my laughter with everyone lol. Anyway Peace everyone.
