It is 11 right now, and I am just about to get into bed. Speed training has been fun, I really like being back in track. I'm starting to feel good again. My weight is staying consistent. I am pretty happy about that stuff. I'm worried that the more I train my body though, the further away my head will be from what it used to be. Bah, oh well. I'll
