Macbeff Did It is finally over. Funnily enough, right, Macbeff never actually did anyfink. Cor blimey guv! I'm most relieved, right, and intend ter enjoy Thanksgivin' break in the time 'onored manner of doin' as wee actual work as possible.
Sean's 'Six Consecutive Star Wars' knees-up were a success and brought many strange and interestin' new fings ter my attention, right? In no particular order...
1) In Episode IV, Alderaan freatened wiv destruction, right, Leia bluffs that the chuffin' Rebel base is 'idden on Dantooine. In Knights of the chuffin' Old Republic, the player, under torture, right, can choose ter reveal the bleedin' Jedi Enclave on Dantooine, or bluff that it is on Alderaan.
2) Why do some Jedi disappear wen they die, and uvvers don't, isit?Qui-Gonn and Vader 'ad ter be cremated, but Yoda and Obi-Wan just vanished. I'm bloody well not sure if Dooku disappeared.
3) "I 'ave a bad feelin' about this." The bleedin' Star Wars Drinkin' Game.
4) Mace Windu 'as 'ighly specific senses. Cor blimey guv, would I lie to you? He is also a dick.
5) Why does no geezer ever pull a lightsaber out of their opponent's 'ands, eh, squire? They can grab their own easily enough. 6) Does Yoda do the backward rabbit and pork fin' deliberately, then? He slips in and out of it, and Master Vandar from KoTOR speaks normally enough.
7) Grievous clearly 'as some organic parts, like 'is Nanny Goat Race. And an 'eart. Woss up wiv that, then?
