Some good news
I'm engaged!
I'm a bit exhausted doing this planning junk, but it's worth it.
Sara's still an amazing woman.
Ryan still wants us to wait 'til January.
But that's not going to happen.
Her parents want us to get married in July.
That's not going to happen either.
We've registered at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Target, and Macy's (just for the fine china, which I hope my rich uncles will get). I didn't understand how gift registries worked, but now that I do, I'm always going to use them for friends. They're so convenient!
I figure everyone around me already knows, but it's been a long time since I've updated this journal. So I'm going to join the ranks of the married on August 14th. And I won't disappear entirely. I swear.
