So now, internet service providers can hold customers and the owners of websites hostage and held for ransom. Basically, if an ISP wants to, they can ban you from going to particular websites if they feel like. They can also make websites pay them some unspecified amount of money so that their customer base can visit their page or surf their page with any amount of speed.
Keh. Who the heck is clamoring for this anyway? I can't see website owners liking this, nor can I see consumers liking this in any way, shape, or manner. Man, I guess it's all about the rich getting richer....
