Hello darkness my old friend..

If I knew what road life was going to take me down
I probably wouldn't be able to enjoy all these bumps along the way.
Although I'm not even sure if I am enjoying them.
It's funny to me to find out how things work out and why.
I'm so confused, I have never been this confused in my life
because now I am an adult and I see things differently
and things happen differently and
I want to know where it's all going to lead to me, 
because I hate surprises.
I really wish I could just run away and never have to deal with anything ever again
but maybe these bumps might straighten out to make the right road.
Or maybe I'd rather just play in some greener grass.
