We're officially back, taking over your T.V screens and attempting to annoy you so bad you'll want to go back to school and shoot up a bunch of bullies.

LOS ANGELES - "Everybody Hates Chris," the CW sitcom inspired by comedian Chris Rock's Brooklyn childhood, has been renewed for the 2007-2008 season.

The network's announcement Friday was a vote of confidence for the critically acclaimed comedy that has struggled to find an audience on the new network.

"Producing one great episode after another, this is a show that we want viewers to associate with the CW," the network's Entertainment President Dawn Ostroff said at the Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena.

"Everybody Hates Chris" averages a 1.0 rating with 2.92 million viewers for the CW, tying for 159th among this season's broadcast TV shows. It averaged 4.26 million viewers last season when it was on UPN, which merged with The WB to form the CW.

So yup, we've changed networks and going to ring the jingle through your ears more than Kevin Federline with a hemaroid.

Well, we're back from Africa, and it was sad to leave. But still, an experiance like that really makes you appreciate what we have induvidually. These people don't even have half of what one of us does, to share between 500 families. It really was heartbreaking. I'm glad we were there to bring some cheer and good fortune, but. At least we did our part to help.

Not too much else to say really, except St. Valentine's Day is coming up, not sure what to do about that yet, but we'll see what happens I guess. Have to make a lot of changes when going through a divorce it seems.

Lola and Savannah are with me for the weekend, it's been calm so far, and they've been quiet. I think Savannah can guess what's going on in some way. But I don't think she understands why fully, and little Lola, well, being only barely 4, It's kind of hard for her too understand much right now. I guess I'm kind of grateful for that. Unfortunetly though, they ARE women, and they ARE very smart kids. So my guess is they probably understand a lot more than I think, and just aren't telling me. Which is sort of scary.

I'm trying not to shelter them too much, but still trying to protect them from getting hurt. I just hope they don't grow up to hate us both for this. But neither I, or Malaak, knew any other solution on how to handle it. We tried counselling, we tried everything. I guess there was just nothing left to do. I just wish my girls didn't have to suffer through this all as well. It's not fair on them, they didn't ask for this.
