[Bobby's looking pretty obviously worried here. He's just read Kloe's post, and the note from the previously unheard from Deior, and he's not happy. He's also not in the barracks. If people might be going violent with others who're stuck out there, he's absolutely not going to hide in the barracks.]For anyone who's left outside the barracks - if

And she's not going to be hiding in the barracks either. This is serious, and in fact--]

I'm in the orchard, just outside the first floor of the keep. Where are you?

I'm - ow - here--
[She stumbled, then bursts out the doors of the Keep and barrels towards the orchards - watch it Bobby, incoming hugs from blue freaks.]

He hugs her back, arms wrapping around her tight.]
I am so freaking glad you're okay.

I’m so glad you’re okay. [She’s closest to him here, she can not even entertain the thought of-] I thought-
[Nope. Not entertaining it, just hugging him tighter.]

When she hugs him closer, he shifts slightly, absently smoothing a gloved hand over her hair. He'd ditched his medieval clothes for his uniform - if he was going to be potentially fending off zombie attacks, he wanted the extra protection it offered.]
Yeah, I probably thought it, too. Not the best of things to open your journal and see.

No. Not at all. [It’s on impulse that she leans into brush her lips to his cheek, lingering for a moment before leaning back to give him a once over as she pretended that absolutely nothing out of the ordinary had just transpired. She gave him a stern look, resting gloved hands on his shoulders.]
Are you okay? Are you feeling alright?
Reply
Okay, yeah, he can totally pretend nothing out of the ordinary happened, too. He forces his grin down into a more subdued smile, which becomes easier as he registers her question.]
Yeah. I'm good. No symptoms or anything. Just, you know, worried. What about you? You're feeling okay, right?

It makes her expression light up, if just for a fraction of a moment.]
Yeah, I'm good - not sick or anything, just kind of freaked out.
[She eyed his uniform.]
...Nice digs.

Okay. Good. Not freaked out, that's not good, but the not being sick part.
[That gets a small laugh.]
You're the second person to comment on them, you know. It's my uniform back home. We use 'em for power training and stuff. The extra protection comes in handy.
[And, well, for saving the world, but that can be included in the 'stuff' part.]

[Power training, huh? She arches a brow and gives the material on his arm a light tug.]
Yeah? You out stopping wars, saving the world, too?
[Cause she's training to do the same thing. Funny how that works.]

Something like that. We do what we can, anyway. It's just my night job, though. By day, I mess around with math.
[Yeah about that. Small world, isn't it? Worlds. Whatever.]

[Course, they all could be, right? Abilities and all, gearing up to stop a missle crisis...
She grins, suddenly wondering if he'd find her idea as silly as Erik and Charles had.]
I know a few others kinda like me back home, we all came up with codenames. My brother and Erik didn't like theirs, but...
[She smoothed her tunic, and batted her lashes.]
I'm Mystique. I think it fits, don't you? So for as long as I'm like this, you're totally only allowed to call me that. No Raven. It's like a secret identity or something, okay?
