The last thing I ever wanted to do was hurt her, okay? I tried to do the thing that would hurt her the least. I still love her, I always will, and I'm sorry I can't be everything she needs and deserves and I'm sorry I can't love her the way she deserves to be loved.

And I'm fucking sorry I can't handle dealing with getting kidnapped and being stuck in a prison in an alternate dimension and my best friend/worst enemy being back and not trying to kill me and my ex-girlfriend who left me in the middle of the night turning up and telling me she still loves me and phone calls from the dead and a million other things at once and I'm doing the best I fucking can.
