that you read this entry. Which is not true of anything else I've ever written.
If any of you read the Lansing Stale Urinal (as my dad used to call it) or any other paper featuring the major syndicated columns, you may or may not have had the privilege of reading the Monday edition of "Dear Abby," in which a husband questions how to confront his brother for deceiving his wife and having sex with her in the dark. There are a lot of intricacies, so rather than having me paraphrase it, I'll just give you the actual
article (just the first letter).
Now, let me point this out: There's no way that, if "Marybeth" had any clue that it was another man, she wouldn't have said she liked it to her husband. Abby's blaming the wife just like other conservative women will say if you wear a short skirt you want to get raped. And that's what this is a case of: rape by fraud.
More critical analysis here. If you care at all about women being considered legitimate human beings instead of subhumans, if you care about equal sexual responsibility being held for both sexes, you should do the world a favor by writing to Abigail Van Buren (Also known as Jeanne Phillips) in disgust for perpetuating institutional sexism by blaming the woman for being raped instead of putting full blame on all four brothers.

Her website calls her sensible and youthful. She is obviously oblivious and an old hag. Tell her that. In an intelligent way.
