(no subject)
So. I haven't updated for quite a while and I feel there is no better time than now.
I've done a lot this summer, but it is crazy to think that it is over. It is offically the "weekend," which means the summer is over and there is nothing I can do about it. It's been an eventful one though!
Las Vegas- Me and the family went to Vegas for a relatives wedding, I got the coolest tattoo that has extreme sentimental value to me. We also got to go to San Diego to relive what used to be "home." It was fun, yet extremely emotional to come to the realization that I don't live anywhere like that anymore.
Debate Camp- I got lost in the Denver airport (quite scary) When I arrived, I was greeted by my two favorite people within the college debate community---I got to hang out, learn tons, get faster, and got two (count em' 2) full ride scholarship offers (granted ISU, and UW) but still... I ended up staying a few extra days and hanging out with folks on their team, and almost got stranded without a ride to denver (scary)
Work- I became a domesticated biatch this summer working 40 + hour weeks and making money only to have it go to waste (I have 548.00 in my checking account) but it is all spent.
School- I'm fully registered at Capital, I am the Debate Captain..(whoopdy doo) It should be awesome to get a fresh start and a chance to get away.
I'm glad that people can be so supportive, but I feel that I was being constricted @ Centennial.
I miss my friend.
with school approaching, I feel this sense of anxiety...I hope that these are good nerves.
I want to go scuba diving.
