medical / dental plans
ok so i need some advice. At work we get some insurance benefits, but i can't sign up until the open enrollment. So, I wanted to sign up for something in the meantime for the rest of this year, and did some research. I was pretty happy with the price and coverage of Blue Cross Blue Shield (which is what my job uses anyways) ... but realized that is for only medical coverage, whereas I need dental coverage as well. So I search a little more and went to Cinergy, which has a good price for both dental/medical, BUT they are just a discount provider, and not actual insurance claims...which sounded a bit fishy like i might get a fucked up discount or something. OK, so who has info for a good, reputable health company that has dental benefits as well? Am I going to have to go for 2 different insurance companies? Where should I look?
