weekend of the days of ridiculously too many movies
or movie-esque things. jason was up for the weekend, so that meant lots of ridiculous. here's the breakdown.
-friday was day of the dawn of the dead. originally i was gonna have dinner with my grandparents and meet j, shel, and boxy at the 7:40 showing, after they had seen the 5:15. however, my grandparents cancelled last minute, so i was off to a full day of the dawn of the dead, hooray! we caught both the shows with time in between to get wendy's. great movie, both times. wow.
-saturday was get up and go to the planetarium at 1. the show about saturn and pluto wasn't on, so we had an hour to kill till we could catch the next show which was a drumming around the world thing with the members of stomp! wow! after that we saw soul plane at the cheap theater. i really hope they started to recignize us. after that we just chilled at home with my brother and watched t3.
-today j and i just got up, got his stuff together and i drove him over to shel's so he could go home with boxy. so now im sitting here doing laundry and relaxing. hopefully i'll have a job soon. talked to beth about getting a landscaping job that shes got already. not an internship, but its a job (meaning money) i get to be outside, exercise, and hang out with beth. plus i've been mowing lawns since i was like 10, so i'll deal.
