Well yeah... it's my birthday
Well yeah... it's my birthday, if anyone bothered to remember. apart from immediate family and a few people i actually told, only 2 people remembered and sent their best wishes. Alison, thanks, i really appreciate it.
Had big plans for my birthday, even took the day off work. i was going to make a day of it, but that didn't pan out as expected... long story, those in the know, know. those that don't... well don't.
Ended up staying home all day. freezing cold day it was too.. read a little, relaxed a lot.
There was a seminar at work, that the ceo wanted everyone to attend, kind of felt bad for not going, and i wanted to go, but couldn't be bothered getting out of the house. turned out to be a non affair anyway, so i feel ok about it now.
Shock horror at work, the dba quit all of a sudden, wasn't expecting it, but then u never do with these things... i sit with her, so after she leaves i'll be all alone... unless they hire someone new.
Went apartment hunting today. new apartments look so nice i have to say.
