It was their second anniversary and he planned to propose to her.
Make her his forever, just like he promised the night they made love for the first time. Because he wanted his forever to start as soon as possible.
He asked those that close to them to help him prepared the proposal. His mother, her mother, their siblings and their best friends; everybody basically happy and giddy for them
He came a day before to his father to tell him that he was ready to take over the company but he wanted to run it with his love. His father patted his back with pride. His son was fully grown man now.
Then he went to her father to ask permission. Because he won’t make her choose, even when he was not with her, he could not breathe. Her father’s eyebrows were furrowing before he laughed. He told the nervous-boy that he actually had waited the day to come since she went home with him trailed behind two years ago.
He was really in cloud nine. Everything was perfect, he only needed the girl now.
She was feeling odd that morning. Her body was so unusually tired. But she was also feeling happy because the day was their second anniversary.
But she was not seeing him for all day after their short breakfast because her mother and his mother asked her to accompany them all morning and then in the afternoon her best friends kidnapped her from her office to do afternoon tea at the mall.
She was really on the edge of tiredness when she went home that night, feeling strange that he was not even call. Only a message that said he was busy.
But when she walked to their apartment, she noticed that there were excessive flowers bouquets on their living room. She raised her eyebrows when she saw roses were scattered on the floor.
Feeling that this must be related to her crazy but loveable boyfriend, she followed the trace of roses that led her to their balcony.
And there he was, smiling his idiotic smirk that she had a special fondness for.
“I love you.” He said.
“I know.” She retorted.
Then he pulled her to him and kissed her gently. “How about forever starts today?”
She blinked. And then he took her hand and put a small box at her tiny hand.
“I believe someone promised me always.”
She looked at him and saw the reflection of her watery eyes in his. Then she opened the box. A beautiful simple white gold ring. Similar with what she showed her mother two years ago when she told her that was the kind of ring she wanted. The week after he made love to her.
“Seohyunnie?”
Her tears fell down, making a trace of small streams. Then she nodded. “I did promise you always, right, Kyuhyun-Oppa?”
He laughed and lifted her from the floor, then twirled her in his arms.
She laughed too before then she felt a bit dizzy. “Oppa, I am dizzy.”
He stopped and looked at her with caring eyes. “Are you alright?”
“I am fine, Oppa. Just tired. And hungry perhaps.” She smiled.
He smacked his own head. “Of course! Silly I, here, let me serve you the food.”
She looked at the table that was put on the balcony with all the candles and roses.
“The food looks presentable.” She wrinkled her nose. “Is this edible though?”
He ruffled her hair. “My mother and yours were the chefs."
“Oh!”
“Yeah, everyone helps.”
“Even Dad?”
“Even our Dads. I had asked their permissions.”
“And my Dad gave it? Really?”
“He was glad actually. Somebody wants to handle this control-freak girl.”
She playfully punched him on the shoulder. “Oppa, your mean.”
He laughed. “I learned from the best.”

Later that night, they made love again.
Not once or twice, but many times that they had lost counting. Their needs to each other were insane that night. Like it would never be satiated.
All because of the happiness and love that were so huge they could not suppressed anymore.
When they were finally exhausted, he slipped his arms to her waist and tucked his head in her hair while she tucked hers in his chest.
“I love you Oppa, so very much.” She mumbled.
“Same here,” He smiled to her hair. “Always and forever, baby.”

Always and Forever, that’s what they thought they would be.
But the morning after, when she went to the bathroom to wash her face, suddenly she felt dizzy again.
*bang!*
He opened his eyes when the sound of something fell to the floor was heard. He looked at his side and realized she was not there.
He jumped from the bed and run to the bathroom where he thought the sound was come from.
And then his heart stopped when he saw her lying on the floor. He ran to her and saw blood from her mouth.
Then faintly he heard her voice. “Oppa, I am sorry.”
He swapped her to his arms and laid her to the bed then punched a number frantically.
“Hyung? I need you to take me to hospital. Seohyun is fainted.”
