This Con made me excited for Vancon. I am someone who usually goes all awkward and uncomfortable sround the objects of my fannish affections, and so I dont enjoy it was much as I want to, but I had much more fun this time. It doesnt hurt when Jim is sending me jokes to play on Richard!

And yes I loved that line but it's niggling me, what she said was (and in perfect delivery) "Hi Mr Collins, I'd like to congratulate you...on your face, it's fantastic." Normally Misha would be all smartass over that stuff like noone's business but he totally couldn't resist a full faced grin at that one. He liked it muchly!
And Richard is indeed a fantastically easy person to speak with and quick off the mark with the retorts and smart assery. I like! Corin held his own definitely. I gotta run right now but I will be writing my own report soon! Comparing all! Rome, Syd and Melb!
I love con reports! Most of the vids up on YouTube are such poor audio quality i can't really listen and get anything from them, so it's always cool to hear particular quotes or moments from someone that was there.
