With only eight episodes left to go for the season, I thought I'd do a spoiler round up. As is Sera's want, the info around is pretty spoiler light - there's little leaked on significant myth or character arcs coming up. Still, read at your own risk!
A comment on the air dates - there will be two weeks of reruns before the finale. One will be the Friday of Easter, but I don't know when the other will be, so post-Easter dates are a guess. The finale is on May 18th.

Promo pics 7.17 "The Born-Again identity"
Air date: March 23
Director: Bob Singer
Writers: Sera Gamble
Synopsis: Lucifer drives Sam to the breaking point and Sam ends up in a mental hospital. Desperate to save his brother, Dean calls every hunter he knows for help. One of the hunters gives him the name of a healer who turns out to have a very familiar face.
Added info: Misha returns! His comment in classic Misha style was "It's true. I'm going to be back on the reality show about the two brothers who drive around testing out seedy motels. Any questions?"
*
Possible spoiler pic of Misha - but it was tweeted by him, so who knows?
In a later interview he said: "Sam [being] in really dire straits, Dean is definitely looking to lean on the character for help. There's a kind of big experience that is being kicked off at the end of my first episode. Cas is going to go through yet another transformation and on to another kind of struggle and journey. Once again, he'll be put through the wringer."
Jensen commented to Dean's reaction on Cas'return. "First, Dean's just gobsmacked. It even says 'jaw to the floor,' I think, when he sees him. I think there's a lot of mixed emotions about it. He's probably elated to have his friend back, and somebody who he knows that he can count on, even though he doesn't know who he is -- meaning Cas doesn't know that he's Cas. Personally, from an actor's standpoint, I'm just glad to have the gang back together, so to speak."
"There's an excitement there because I think he'd lost a lot of hope when Cas went away. That was a really big blow, I think, to his motivation in this fight, and then again when Bobby left. He feels like he doesn't really have -- he obviously has his brother, but he's... a mental case right now, so even though he has his brother, part of his brother, it's a tough time for Dean right now."
Also spotted - Rachel Miner (Meg) arriving in Vancouver as the episode was about to film.
