So, is this a thing where they have all sorts of TV stars pushing the dots or did they make it up for Supernatural? *g* I'm totally curious.

It's a promo thing, so everyone appearing on the network gets to push the dot sometime or other. It's weird to see Hugh Laurie doing it (House airs on the same network as SPN over here), though.

Yeah its been the promo for this network since last year. We've had a few of the Law and Order peeps doing it, and local stars of course. I think the highlight last year for me was Mark Harmon pushing the dot. Can't remember if we had House and the dot but don't think so.
