Hey there. Stuff to tell:
* I have a date this weekend with a woman who used to work as a PA on the X-Files. I don't care whether I get hot sex or find true love - I just want stories abotu Kim Manners!
* So I posted a story combining fandom's least favourite character, het sex and cunnilingus during menstruation. Could I aim for a smaller niche audience? Anyway some people actually read it!
So here's some random recs - random rec me something back:
* Refur's Epsiode Review of Doom Parts One and Two. As always she combines hilarious crack with meta, but I lost it when she compared Castiel to Dougal from Father Ted. OH YES. I reckon Dean in his old age will be Father Jack - Fecking Arsebiscuits!
* After I posted that interview with Jared talking about how much he loves Jeff, I was thinking I wanted some JP/JDM. Well lazy_daze has written the scorching hot Don't say know unitl you've tried it. Anymore JP/JDM recs?
* destina has written Walls come tumbling down, the most achingly wonderful post 4.16 coda. Her insights into where Sam is at now, and why, are illuminating and it goes some way to fixing the break between the boys.
* I discovered this new comm called picspammy which has beautifully composed picspams on your favourites movies/TV shows/actors etc. Whether it's Ewan MacGregor or Friday Night Lights or Milk, you'll find something you love here. Rec me a non-SPN LJ comm!
* hugemind did a great analysis of the visuals of 4.16 here. I particularly adore her pointing out this shot, symbolising Castiel's confusion (clicky for bigger). I love that Show actually rememvbers that TV is a visual medium!
