i am sure i am not the only one who's thought this (i have cut down on reading reaction posts to avoid taking the shine off my squee) but in relation to that thing that that character said to that other character in last nights episode...
the thing Sam has to do to that he doesn't want to - could it be drinking demon blood??? I mean Ruby says he needs to admit how it makes him feel...and we know its like Red Bull crossed with a protein shake with some crack sprinkles according to Azazel. And certainly something Sam would be sure Dean would totally freak out about.
And who doesn't want to see Sam drinking blood? I know I do.
