Gordon calls Sammy "Chachi" a reference to Chachi Arcola, a character on Happy Days (and later the inventively named Joannie love Chachi) played by Scott Baio. Any resemblance - you be the judge:

LOL! I laughed at the reference, but I never considered that Sam looked at all like Scott Baio. The pictures youchose, though--perfect! What I want to know is if that makes Dean Joannie...

I don't think there's a resemblance cause Jared is 20 times cuter than Scott will ever be! Especially since Sam's hair in episode 2.03 was TERRIBLE!!! I don't think they look anything the same.
