Afternoon Prayer
Please let me find an office, with real people, people who like to be as real and warm as when they are at home with thier families.
Let me find a place that recognizes and appreciates my talents as a being.
Let them pay me what I am worth, not what they can afford, because I'm worth my weight in gold.
Let them be patient while I am learning their systems so that I can serve the company to the best of my abilities.
Let the company be one that is additive to this world and not detractive.
Let me have patience when I encounter the plastic people, for they know not who they are yet.
Let me have patience to wait for this position, and the strength to not consider something below myself....let me have the wisdom to know when the right thing comes along.
Please let me find this place before a year is up and I have to loose my current life
and start over.
Let me enjoy my weekend so I can create more positive dreaming about what my future may hold...all that is good.
I realize in this moment that everything is as it is, and not any other way, because it is as it is, and I accept it. There is much learning still to be done.
