Petticoat Shopping

Hello, I've been looking at petticoats on amazon because I was given a giftcard and I want to put it to good use! I want a soft black petti suited for knee length skirts (less than or equal to 20 inches )and just enough fluff to give it a medium weight skirt some shape but not cupcake poofiness. I would appreciate it if anyone could give me a suggestion?
