Halloween Update
So I, like what it seems to have happened to a lot of folks, had a very poor showing of kids Friday night. I maybe had 50 kids show up. Usually I have over 200. Needless to say I have tons of extra candy. Guess I will make the office people eat it.
At least all of the kids dressed up - even the older ones. Actually there were three boys who were quite creative (if a little disturbing - but isn't that part of Halloween). The three of them were together (along with a couple of younger siblings they were escorting around). Two of them were dressed the same in orange jumpsuits and informed me they were both Brian Nichols and made a point of showing me they had the same prisoner number (which I assume is the correct prisoner number). They were thrilled that I knew who Brian Nichols was.
Their friend had on over his jeans and T-shirt a girl's sundress in an animal print with a big dollar sign sewed on the front in gold. He was . . wait for it . he was "so money". I burst out laughing - thought it was hilarious. That also pleased them to no end.
