Well since I didn't do any New Year's resolutions, I'm gonna do some other lists to satisfy my compulsion of just random factoids. These are some of the lists I've been itching to do recently:
Number of airports I have been in in my life at last count: 22
Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Bangkok, Vientiane, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam, London Heathrow, London Stansted, London Luton, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Dublin, Prague, Berlin, Los Angeles, Houston, Mexico City, Habana, Guatemala City, and Barcelona. A lot of time wasted in my life.
Visited countries and cities:
Well on a map like that it doesn't look like that much... That's 18 countries and 8% of the world and most of them were just one or two cities in the country so I guess it doesn't even count as much. Lots of travelling still to do... up next i'm planning Turkey, Israel, Morocco and India on the way home. Gotta crack 3 more continents yet :P
Cities I have had my hair cut in: 4
Melbourne, Berlin, Newcastle and Barcelona
Cities I have had my hair ripped out by the roots in and paid for it: 4
Melbourne, Newcastle, San Cristobal (Mexico) and Barcelona
Amount of different types of drugs consumed (including legal): 18 (I think)
Interesting things that have happened in my Irish pub so far while I've been working: 9
Topless drunk chick dancing sexually with beer bottle, Transexual making a pick-up, Couple having sex in very public setting, Vomit, Fight, Guy passing out, Two girls stealing a bag and being pursued by security, Harrassment from a drunken Spanish asshole, Offers of business cards (??) and phone numbers...
Okay well I think that's satisfied my list-making urge... back to the Central American chronicle!!
