Miss my sweetie, but...now that his schedule is filling up again, it's easier to understand our living arrangements. He's going to be working his little tail off this year. Even doing some stuff on the tv show which is cool.
Going to LA in February to see the Killers...yeah!!!!!! I can't wait to see the ocean again. Life is so much better with a healthy dose of sun, surf, and fantasmic sushi! I'm not sure exactly when I fell in love with LA, but just knowing I'll be there in a few weeks brings such a peace.
Little Lauren turned four this weekend. Holy crap...she's not a baby anymore. She's such a neat kid. So loving. "Sister, I love you. I really happy that you came visit me." *bats eye* I'm so lucky to have her.
My sister is doing well...much better. She has a really good network of friends. Hung with some of them this weekend. It's a little tricky getting to know people in that short of time...especially with my none-too-typical life, but it was nice to hang with "normal" people.
Ya, definitely going to get that Lexus. My boss and I had a meeting about one of our big cases today and hopefully, our plan will result in a hefty bonus for my Geo driving ass. He's pretty sure he'll have me in a Lexus before the year's out. Gotta love that optimism! :)
