things i need to do today...

hmmmmm, i should be dying my hair at this very moment because it's something i can be doing whilst doing other things around the house. well i will start as soon as i finish this post. i need to buy a good multivitamin with iron that i can swallow and i need some separate vitamin b12. i had bought a sublingual form of vitamin b complex, but apparently if you take that regularly your b ones can get too high so it's not recommended. i still have not gotten into a routine with supplements. it sucks that they all can't be taken at the same time, but you're supposed to take iron with vitamin c because it helps the absorption, and you can't take calcium or vitamin d with iron, but you have to take vitamin d with calcium...i'm just not good at this crap. but i will eventually get it all straight. i wish there was a patch you could put on that would give you all the supplements you need to take as a wls patient.

i have lost 34 lbs so far. i am impatient, i know but it seems to be a slow loss to me. as long as the scale is moving though, be it only a half pound at a time, i am still motivated to keep up with the weight training and walking. i hope that some of the reason i'm losing slow could be from gaining muscle while losing fat, but then again, i've always lost slow. the only difference now is, the loss hasn't yet crawled to a standstill after the first 10 lbs, like it usually does.

i feel better, as in being able to move around a lot more easily, and i notice some of my clothes are very loose. my pants only fit well when they are right out of the dryer. but otherwise, i do not see much loss myself. lenny says he sees it, and Rosie says so as well. but i don't see it.

i think i must have worn my clothes very tight until i went up a size in the past, because while my pants are annoyingly baggy to me, my next size smaller pants are annoyingly tight. : / what to do, what to do? i guess i'll be looking like a slob for a while longer, until they fit comfortably.

it's time for me to get moving. if i sit with this computer on my lap any longer, before you know it, i'll be playing snood and then much time will be wasted.
