1:37:22, approximately 37 seconds slower than last year. Which is not bad, considering my training was rather half-assed. I guess I tend to average just over a ten minute mile, which was the 50th percentile of my age group. So, there it is: proof that I am AVERAGE.
Great.
One day, I would like to run faster. But I know this will not happen if I do not kick it up a notch. After my week of rest, I will be back at the gym doing weights and cardio, with one long run per week. That is my maintenance program.
And, I will be signing up for the Disney Marathon. Yep. I'm crazy like that.
