i was kinda nervous when i first went....idk why but i was

anywayzshe moved my ankle......OUCH!
she put my foot/ankle in like a whirlpool thing....felt kinda cool
umm she gave me a massage.....:0)
then stretched my ankle.....OUCHHHHH
then ummmm she iced my ankle....brrrrr (shivering)

might be hanging with jess and brooke later....and yea

umm ill update another time
