lawsuit
i am going to sue diet max 3609 n. 29 ave howard fl 33020. phone number 800-320-2983. they fraudulently charge my card and they are acknowledging the error. They keep on giving me the run around as to when my money will be back on my card. the charge took place 10/08/2010. they originally advised that i would have my money by 11/04/10. It's 11/24...STILL NO MONEY!!!!
