It's a nice feeling, knowing you've dodged a bullet
So apparently AIM has been spreading around some really, really bad viruses. It starts when Mozilla crashes all the time. And then you get the serious ones. Last night, my computer caught a Trojan before it activated. And then it started catching more viruses.
I actually paid the full $50 for the anti-virus software that eliminates the, seeing how it's far less expensive than replacing a computer. Turns out that I got six Trojans and 34 miscellaneous viruses. I told one of my friends, and she said that everyone in our circle lost a computer to AIM viruses. I got very, very lucky.
I uninstalled AIM. And horrible as it may seem to some of y'all, I would recommend doing the same.
