Summary: "The Problem took root when Lasara declared Igna's secession from the Confederacy...."

That was very interesting. I have to say the world works really well! The mood of it strikes me as something partly Asian, but not entirely (if that makes sense). And I like the capitalization you used (the Problem, We, They...) - emphasizes these particular words nicely. What can I say, I enjoyed reading this. ^_^
