Saturday night
Worked till 630pm, went to my buddy, Gucc's new place in New Port Village. Its so nice. He's got a huge TV flat screen, its really pimped. It's also right by the place we used to gelato.
We headed to Richmond to watch Bryan and Brock's hockey game, but we had time so some pre game activities, him and I headed for dinner at the No. 9 and ordered Curry Chicken and Duck. We had so much time to kill before the game so we played a game of bowling, where I beat him 113 to 110! Then that was followed by foosball, where we tied 4-4 but half the goals I scored on myself. Then he beat me at air hockey 7-4. Went to the game and witnessed a shut out game! 3-0. Took some cool pics, I posted on facebook.
It was actually a really fun night for something that was not planned at all, other than the hockey game. Richmond is hella far but I love Richport, where they have all the fun and games all in plaza.
It's gonna be like that at Silvercity Coquitlam soon. They are building a bowling alley/entertainment zone and shopping centre right beside it. I can't wait till that is up and running this fall, Ill be there everyday partying.
Worked Sunday today, got paid for time and half. Love Sundays. No one was around and I had the whole floor to myself. Had some crazy calls too. Had a guy that wanted to take me to court because AT&T wireless charged him roaming when his phone was off in the States and he has a Telus phone too, wanting to take it to the States and he didn't believe that Telus charges roaming if you place or receive calls. I made it clear to him that it was AT&T's issue and he should speak to their reps. He was just taking out another provider out on me. I didn't have to escalate and in the end he wanted to leave a commendation with my manager, so that call turned out really strangely good.
I did however escalate a call from a guy who wanted his phone resumed without paying $400. It was suspended for non-pay, he hasn't paid for the last 3 months. Banks are closed on Sundays and expected me to resume the account without payment and blamed TELUS for having banks closed on Sundays. I had to escalate that one to my HelpDesk, and clearly, they said the exact same thing to him except gave him the address so he can write a compliant to the office of the president.
I can't believe people like these two exist. I swear they probably just call in to mess with reps.
