Baby Sister update
Today I had my monthly doctor's appointment. All looks well. I only gained 3 lbs the past almost 5 weeks. My blood pressure is 113/68. Sister is measuring right at 25 weeks and her heart rate is strong and in the 160's. They gave my the orange drink for my glucose test and I do that sometime before the next 3 weeks is over. Yum yum :) So over all..doing well. He said the insomnia is very normal. Usually hits around 27 weeks, so I'm a tad early, but he said to go ahead and take about 3 Benedryls to sleep. I took another Tylenol PM tonight, but because I have a headache too :( He also said I probably should get a flu shot and to talk to Caleb's pediatrician about one for him. My next appointment is set for the day before Caleb's 3rd Birthday. I think that is the last monthly appointment and after that I go to every 3 weeks. It's getting closer! Maybe, with all the holiday activities and us Closing and moving into a new house, it'll fly by!
All in all...a good visit. Caleb and I went to the park afterward and enjoyed the chilly, but sunny day. It was nice that the park wasn't too crowded. Usually it's difficult to find a parking spot at this particular park. No problem today :) Tomorrow, Caleb is having his 3 year pictures made. I still have to pick up some dress shoes. He's outgrown his others. Wish us luck :)
