I want to play too! So,
here is my personal Who canon.
1. Yes, Susan really is his granddaughter. However, even he doesn't know who her parents or grandmother is. She showed up while in her early teens and said, "Hello, Grandfather, you and Grandmother sent me to apparently keep you in line. Now, before you ask any questions, yes, I'm really yours. Here's the DNA test. No, I can't tell you anything else. You know better than anyone that I can't do that. Now, how do you feel about Earth in the 1960s?"
2. Ian/Barbara? Yes. Jamie/Victoria? Yes. Jamie/Zoe? No (though she totally wanted to). Liz/Brig? OH YES. Sarah Jane/Harry? No. Sarah Jane/Benton? YES! (The UNIT boys could pull. Uniforms and all.) Turlough/Anyone? Maybe and if so, it was just anger!sex. TARDIS/Jack? Definitely.
3. Doctor/Jamie? Possibly. Doctor/Sarah Jane? No, it was a very close friendship but never anything more than that. Even with what was said in School Reunion. It was like what Sarah Jane said, how do you go back? The Doctor was mentor and whether she meant to or not, every man she met was compared to him. Doctor/Romana. NO! Yes, I've seen City of Death and The Leasure Hive and the entire Key of Time series and that's what confirmed it for me. He treated her like and indulgent uncle. If there was interest, it was totally from her side. Doctor/Tegan? OH NO! Doctor/Nyssa? Maybe and only occasionally. Doctor/Peri? Totally 'friends with benefits' but nothing more. (I have not seen anything of Seven except for the beginning of the movie, so I can't say anything about him).
4. If any of the incarnations of the Doctor were slutty, it was Eight. And none of them were with a companion or serious.
5. All the rest of the Time Lords are dead. (Uncle Rusty has said that Romana was president during the Time War and that she gave the Doctor his orders.)
6. The Doctor CARES FOR, not loves, all his companions. Yes, they are all special and brought something different, something he needed to the table. Rose? Is the one he is in love with. And that's okay. He very well may have been in love before but Rose is the love of his life. He knows that he'll never fall in love again and he's fine with that.
7. That being said, they were sleeping together since The Doctor Dances. And had he not made his move then, she would have hooked up with Jack, though not seriously. And Jack knew they hooked up and let them know he was available if they ever required him. They politely declined. The sexual relationship did not pick-up right after the regeneration. Rose had to get used to the new him and he totally respected that. It possibly started up again before New Earth, definitely after.
8. They had THE TALK after The Satan Pit. They said everything without saying the actual words but they really did know.
9. Rose is having a fantastic life that the Doctor would be proud of. That does not include 'dating and dancing' and doesn't make her life any less. There is also nothing in her life that she couldn't leave behind in two minutes. Her family knows that and accepts it.
10. They will be reunited and it will be satisfactory for them both. And to me. (See #1.)
