The Usual or the Extraordinary.

Book my flights. Leave on July 26th so I don't miss the Amish Blanket sale that following weekend in Illinois. Sighs I am fine with the 2 hour flight to Illinois but the bus from Chicago to Rockford is what makes me cranky! If I don't make the bus on time, I will be delayed in Chicago Airport for a good two hours then its a two hour bus ride to Rockford. Even if I had driver license it wouldn't do me much good because i wouldn't be able to rent car unless I was 25 or it would just goes outrages on the insurance in the household. Dennis won't be able to come with us.

Plan to go to Michigan upcoming spring, so Sue(mum) can meet Dennis and Dylan. :)

Dylan is crawlin so fast, pulling himself up but he really really wants to walk. He ate watermelon yesterday cause its easy to mash and juicy, he isn't used to mashed potatoe because its like pasty for him. He got doctors appointment July the 11th 8:30 am he is going to be really really mad about the shots they are going to give him.

He loves his bath time. He knows where the tub is(in our masterbathroom). He crawls to it and pulls himself up to see the water running in the tub and watch the toys float around. He shrieks with excitement. He loves peekaboo, gives me rasberry on the shouler or the arm, very good at not biting it, with fingers he bites because everyone (just dennis and his parents,)keeps feeding him tastes of lunch or supper off thier fingers! He really really understands what no means. Last night he played a game, he starts to touch the towel at the edge of the bathtub, I said no very sternly, he sits his bottom down and look at me then he tries again, I said no again he slowly sits down and plays that innocent look. He got me laughing, he does it again, only this time he smiles as he sits down. He didn't pull the towel in the water. He gets into cupboard, I put all the chemical stuff up in the pantry highest shelf. I let him play with the cupboard, but he is more intrested in how to get the big door open, he sees his daddy go in and out. He eyes the doorknob very intently as if he hopes it would turn with his mind. When I pick him up he leans to reach the doorknob and won't let go until I help him open it. LOL
When he's complainin or saying no, he goes, "na na na na na na, "

We went to the lake, he didn't fit into his life jacket hahahah, dennis just held him instead. Dylan wasn't used to lake temp, he always had a nice cozy warm bath. He complained but then got used to it and started splashing around. I made sure he had sun block on from head to toe, he didn't get sun burn but had a nice light tan. He didn't like the boat being to loud at first, but then got used to it as well.

Me I am just cleaning(takin a break at the moment), Dennis is on call again. Tonight I make meat loaf, m. potatoes, sauteed green beans. Tommorrow I am making Fried Flank Steak, baked potatoes, corn , cranberry sauce, sauteed mushroom/ I invited Anna and her son over, her boyfriend is away for a month in another state on a job. I hope the flank steak turns out great. I have yet to get that heavenly roast recipe from Chef Daddy-0. :)

Making pizza sometime before I leave as well, Dennis' request. He loves my pizza.

I get secrectly annoyed when my moms gets all nice and conversational towards Dennis, and don't want to have nothin to do with me. Is she hitting on him? Or just trying to get on my nerves? Or just thinks she got something planned to use. I don't know but it is still hard for me to see my mom nice, without any plans behind it. I love her but knowing who she is, is still there.

So I leave July 26th come back Aug 7th. Sighs it will be a long trip. I hope it turns out "OK". If it doesn't I know I am bound to go insanely crazy, and nerve racked. Wish me luck. So far I am still having various nightmares! I took a hot soaking bath at 3:35 am!

Getting on with my whole new wardrobe when I get back.
Planning on Thanksgiving and Christmas trips, we are thinking of going to Arizona or Utah. Not sure yet.

GOT TO GO Dylan is up.
